Well. Hello! I’m Rocky. Sometimes I’m told I look a little like an old man with a beard but I am still a young pup so don’t let my beard fool you. My friend who lives directly next door is named Wolvering. I’ll be honest: he much more than me catches the eyes of the ladies. He is calm, regal and a real gentleman. Stand offish like. Makes you come to him. Unlike me, where I wear my heart on my paws. All four paws to be exact. In short, I’m all paws, although today’s visitors (with FFF t-shirts) seemed to love me equally so that was really, really COOL. And, boy did I mention that we hit the jackpot with their unexpected visit. We’re still not sure how we were found in our little corner of the world, but I do know that we're loved, so while their visit was a surprise to us, we’re thinking it wasn’t too big of a surprise to at least the lady of the house (Wolvering's house, that is)! We ease dropped, and we heard a lot we didn’t fully understand, but we did pick up on one thing worthy of a lot of tail wags. We overheard FFF reminding our families about the new law, and why fences would be better for me and Wolvering and how they could build two fences in about three hours flat! We watched intently (both showing off in our own way, me, wild and goofy, and Wolvering, mature and elegant) as our families' facial expressions and body language changed before our very eyes. As a result, my friend and I now believe there is a lot of truth to the statement that every dog gets his day! Proof? We, two dogs, get ours on November 22nd. It will truly be a very thankful month. A Thanksgiving to remember. Eight paws up for chain free lives. Come on out to the wine country. We promise not to disappoint. We have enough love and bounce for twenty of you! Yes. You heard me right. 20. Come. Share and experience LOVE in the wine country.
