Meet Cupcake.

Cupcake2

Cute as a sweet cupcake.

Not only is her special day fast approaching, but she is sharing her special day with Fences For Fido as we celebrate our own milestone: 1,000 fidos UNCHAINED! That’s right. Cupcake & Fences For Fido are having a party on Saturday, March 28th in Gaston. On the eve of our 6th birthday, we are celebrating 1,000 dogs UNCHAINED.

You all know our story because you have each helped to create it, and to write it.

Fences For Fido started out as a scrappy little all-volunteer group with the goal of building one free fence a month for one lucky dog and his/her deserving family, but because of this beautifully special extended family, that consists of all of you, we have accomplished so much more than that.

1,000 lives changed, and along the way so have all of ours.

But, back to Cupcake. She’s tucked away in a little corner of Gaston, Oregon, and thanks to Oregon’s anti-tethering law (and a visit from the WA County Sheriff) and a concerned neighbor, Cupcake’s freedom and her very special day is a little more than one month away!

Come join us for a party & a cupcake!
