Skippy is a guard dog...hard to believe but it is true.  He is chained 24/7 in a small yard that is partially fenced.  He has 2 small friends who would love to come out and play with him.  This dog keeps unsavory people (who roam the neighborhood at night) out of his yard. He has been known to bite.  He is a real trooper who needs to be able to run.  This post setting needs to be on a weekday due to Longview City inspection.
