This handsome boy is Torro, a 1 1/2 year old German Shepherd who, in the past, had free run on his family's acreage.  Unfortunately, he ran out into the road and got hit by a car.  So, for his safety,  the family is forced to either tether, kennel or keep him in a small makeshift area.  This young, energetic boy desperately needs a large, safe space to run and play.   Building a fence for sweet Torro will be a perfect way to honor our fellow volunteer and friend, Vicki (and her rescue pups Bonnie & Lula) who were recentely taken in a tragic accident.
