Rexx has been a bit of a law breaker. He is well loved by his family and they want to keep this naughty boy but if he gets in trouble with the law again, they may be forced to give him up. A fence will give him and his sweet gal pal, Dixxi, a new lease on life and ensure he stays with his family.
