Sweet sparky belongs to a young family with limited means. They originally kept him inside the home, but unfortunately, one of the family's young children was diagnosed with asthma. The parents decided to chain Sparky outside, but were thrilled when they learned that FFF exists because they know that their sweet furry boy will have a much better life thanks to our help.
