THIS IS NOW A POST SETTING EVENT. Original post setting date was cancelled due to weather. Chloe is a 2 year old lab/newfie mix. She is chained 24/7 and has been knows to escape because she loves to run. Her owners desperately want a fence for her and are probably clearning the blackberry bushes that surround her so there is room for her new fenced area. NEW FENCE BUILD DATE IS MARCH 9TH.
