Small dog Miley's bigger buddies in Salem have torn up the ground wire in one spot, allowing (smaller ) Miley to escape.  

Got to keep Miley safe from the traffic in front of her house. We will replace the one short damaged  section with woven wire, and stake down or otherwise secure another portion of the original ground wire.
