Misty is a 4 year old beautiful lab mix lady who was adopted a year ago by a lonely elderly woman. Misty is well-loved but unfortunately, she doesn't like people or dogs walking by her yard so she jumps the existing fence to let them know they are not welcome. This makes it especially difficult for her potty breaks so she is chained outside many times per day.
