Sweet Chance spends most of his day in a small kennel outside. He does go to the dog park and inside at night, but yeah, a small kennel is no place for a dog to spend most of his time. His family has wanted a fence for a long time, but finances didn't allow. Mom got tears in her eyes when she said we would help. Please come out and help us set the posts so Chance can have his very own fenced yard.
