Harley and Sam have quite the dilemna.  They are currently spending their time outside on tethers for 16 hours a day at their mom's former rental location while she works and goes to school.  They have a new home to go to but can't be tethered there for fear of the predators and other dogs running loose nor can they be left in the house as Harley has severe seperation anxiety and isn't crate trained.  The lease on the old rental is up January 4th so she desperately needs to have a fence before then.  And that is exactly what we are going to do.  We are going to build a fence so Harley and Sam can safely go home!
