It was a rainy, muddy Sunday morning when we met this sweet young pup named Abby. Thankfully, we managed to find her a dry space to be confined – out of the mud, rain, and cold – until her fence build day. Referred by the Oregon Humane Society because she spends much of her life on the end of a chain. Abby’s build – a minor nip & tuck – should go quickly with your help: spreading wood chips, securing a gate, and closing a gap will give this deserving girl her freedom!
