Tank has had to be tied up 24x7 because he keeps jumping the 4 ft fence that his family provided for him.  To get Tank off that nasty chain we are going to build him a nice 6 ft enclosure, attached to the garage, so he won't have to spend his days and nights with only minimal room to move and be able to get in out of the elements.  Come out and help us free Tank!
