Rosie is an 11 year old dog that is tethered outside for 10 hours every day. We will give her the freedom to roam around in her own fenced enclosure. We wll also build an insulated dog house to keep her warm in the winter and out of the hot sun in summer. Please join us and experience the joy of freeing this deserving dog from her tether.
