Millie and Nija are two sweet pups who found themselves chained because the exisitng fence doesn't keep them in. When CO Melinda stopped by, Millie had just come home from a two hour unauthorized run through Woodburn.

Millie, the chocolate lab mix, specifically requested that only volunteers who enjoy lots of kisses sign up for her and Ninja's posts and build.
