Ruby is a mixed breed dog that has been living in Warm Springs on the end of a chain her entire life.  FFF will put an end to her hard life pulling the heavy chain around all the time.  So our Central Oregon volunteers will go up there to build a fence and doghouse for sweet Ruby.  Please sign up if you can help improve this deserving dog's life.
