Jim is chained to a tree 24/7.   And there is a puppy that spends most of his time in a crate. But let's set them free!  And then we have another poor doggo at a different location that is kept in a laundry room 24/7.  I am hoping that we get enough folks to sign up to run over and quickly build him a fence also! Am I being optimistic?! Maybe, but I think we can do it! Our Central Oregon folks have figured out how to bring materials for both fence builds and they are both on flat ground, should be quick and easy.
