Meet Mr. Bean and his bro Newt.  Mr. Bean, a pittie mix, joined his current family with some socialization problems.  His family loves him and has been trying to socialize him with people including providing him training.  However, he is great with other dogs and very close to Newt.     So he won’t be tethered, we will give him an area in the backyard to desensitize him to family gatherings and activities.
