Rebel's human dad rescued him from a bad situation and we built a fence for them in 2019. Sadly Rebel's dad passed away recently, but Rebel's dad's mother wants to adopt Rebel becuase she has always loved him and he reminds her of her son. Such a sad story, but Rebel will end up in a great situation because he will be living with two other dogs that he loves. We need to remove the panel fence at one location in Raymond Wa. and move it to the new spot 10 minutes away.
