Cooper is a two-year-old border collie who spends long hours in an outdoor kennel while his human mom is at work.  He is an excitable boy and is trying hard to dig out of the kennel and take himself on an adventure.  Let's build a nice fence for him so he can keep himself occupied tearing around the yard while mom is at work!
