Charlie is a neighbor of Fatty and Deer, who received their fence in 9/22. He is chained 10/day and put in a travel carrier in a bathroom when he does come into the house.

He desperately needs to exercise those little legs. This yard has many trees and very well shaded, so when it rains, we shouldn't feel too much of it. Please come out and join us, Charlie is sure to keep you entertained with his fiesty personality!
