These doggies were seen by a FFF volunteer while we were doing a fence just down the street from their house.  They rarely are allowed into the house and spend most of their time chained out in the back yard.  They are littermates and less than a year old, and really deserve a better life than they have now, but the couple that own them cannot afford a fence.
