POST SETTING WAS DONE 2/22/14 WITH THE CHAKRA CREW WHO TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE SUN ON THE COAST.  THIS IS NOW A FENCE BUILD.

Roxy Blue is sweet pit bull mix who is 3 years old.  She scares the neighbors when she is tethered only because they don't know her.  Without a fence, Roxy Blue's owner will have to surrender her.  Help keep the two together by coming out and helping with building a fence.
