Sissy is a 10 month old cattle dog who is missing out on tons of fun with her 4 chihuahua siblings because she is chained 24/7.  The plan is, with her fence, to get Miss Sissy much closer to the house and all the family action.  We know too that our Fido friendly volunteers wiill be able to show our family a thing or two about giving love and attention to even this big, energetic, could be a little better mannered teenager Fido.  Sissy is so full of potential and getting her off the chain is Mission One.
