Micha and Mocha are lab/springer spaniels.  They have been confined in as small pen and then chained in the backyard.  The owner is an elderly man who works odd shifts and comes home in beween to take care of them.  They live on a very busy high speed road.  One indoor dog got out and was hit by a car and died.  Mocha got loose and ran into the road but survived his encounter with a car.  They are young and energetic and need the freedom to run off all that energy.
