Help us build a fence for this sweet, energetic 5-month-old lab mix in Cathlamet, WA who's going crazy being tethered to a rope. This pup needs to run--especially since he's gonna be a big boy when full grown. If Hooter looks familiar, it's because we built a fence for his brother Gus in Skamokawa back in June. Join us and you'll get to see Hooter fly around his yard when he's unchained!
