Meet Scooby, who has lived his entire 14 years on this chain, in this horrible situation.  We want to give Scooby a better life by building him a fence so that he will no longer have to wear that chain around his neck or have his entire world be more than a 10 foot section of mud and muck.  He needs us desperately to help make his life so much better.
