Sandy was abused by her original owners, but her new owners love her and want her to be safe.  Unfortunately they live next to a busy rural road and poor Sandy is stuck on a chain on the side of the house.  She's a big dog and in major need of a fence.  Please help us begin the process by setting posts for her new fence so she can be safe to run.
