Bleu and Chica are two young pittie mix pups that are kenneled/chained apart for extended lenths of time.  Their property is along a very busy highway.  Chica recently escaped but luckily was found unharmed.  Please join us to help build a safe, secure area where they can both run and play together, chain free.
