Rambunctious Youngster Needs a Play Area!

One-year-old Oso is 100% German Shepherd - smart, lively, and currently too active to be allowed indoors because he tends to overwhelm the smaller members of his human family. Right now, when he's not tethered in his yard, he dwells in a wire crate on the sheltered front porch. Some training will help (we're working on it), but in the meantime, let's build him a decent-sized enclosed area where he can romp out some of his energy.
