Dino and Bull are two loved (and chained) dogs who live with their family on the Celilo Village treaty site along the Columbia River Gorge. Bull, Dino, and their people are so bonded—and we cannot wait for Bull and Dino to experience and find JOY in a world beyond their 6 foot chains. Life on these sovereign village treaty sites is difficult—and the pets are a reflection of those challenges—and we are just so grateful as an organization for the opportunity to help them stay together as a family, as a whole, healthy, safe, and thriving as a family unit.
